"Will you draw my character?" A. Let's make one thing clear. I will only draw requests for CLOSE FRIENDS. That means that you won't get crap for kissing my ass/ being hypocritically nice. However, I do occasionally open sketch requests for my watchers. Q. "Will your character go out with mine?" A. Skyph's taken XD. There are other characters that I have left unpaired, but I will only consider it if I like your characters. PAIRINGS MADE IN RP'S DO NOT APPLY IN ACTUAL TIMELINE KTHXBAI. Q. A. Only two reasons for that: Art trades being closed, or I just don't like your art. Either way, don't whine about it, all you'll get is a very irritated Skyph. Q."Will you ever take commissions? A. Already do lol, payment options are good with PayPal, subby or money order. Q."Can you teach me how to draw?" A. I suck at teaching, most I can do is give constructive criticism or make bases. Don't ask for tutorials, I don't like making them. Q."Can I use your art for my personal websites or upload it on da or elsewhere? A. Ask for permission before anything, I might say yes. However, please understand that if I say no, it means NO. NO, NEIN, NON, NYET, いいえ, JAMAS! Q."Can I use your character(s) to roleplay with in forums, etc.?" A. The hell? No! I spent hours designing my characters, and I enforce that others spend time designing their own characters as well. I'm not gonna let you take the easy way out and RP as one of my own. Q."Can I draw you something?" A. Go ahead, you don't have to ask XD, it's up to you~ Q. "Can you look at/tell me what you think of [link]?!" A. Eh, no. That's my choice to make. Q. "Will you critique my art?" A. I'm always a little uncomfortable with critique, since I'm afraid of offending, since I know what it feels like to deal with critique, but if you really want it, I'll happily do so. However, don't complain later on XD Q. "Your watermarks are ugly! can you remove/change them please?" A. I don't use them. I just put my GSH signature on them in a specific area that's hard to crop or edit. I won't remove them, except for commissions, so don't waste your time asking me this. Q. "Hi Skyph~! May I call you Skyphy, Gaby (or whatever)?!!! :3 <3" A. Call me whatever you want, Skyphy, Gaby, Riira, Alexa, Arisa, whatever. [NOT GABA, THAT IS OFF LIMITS BUT TO CLOSE PEOPLE, NOR ADDRESS ME BY MY LAST NAME. I detest the bastard I got that name from, and I will not take kindly to it.] Q. "What programs do you use to make your digital art?" A. Photoshop CS3 for detailed stuff, Open Canvas 1.1 for speedpaints, SAI for lineart and 3-d works. Q. "Can I color the sketches in your Sketch Dump folder?" A. I usually don't have a problem if it's fanart or random, I just ask that you ask for my permission first, credit me once it's finished, and link me to it once it's done. However, if it's one of my characters, or someone else's, I will rarely concede permission. |
